You might have heard of Theresa Goh in the international paraswimming circuit, but she sat down with us to share a side of her apart from her training and medals.

Paralyzed from birth, Theresa has grown up learning to adapt to her environment and has risen through the ranks as one of Singapore's top swimmers.

Especially in Singapore, Theresa has been featured on television and has traveled the world for her competitions, but how did she get into swimming? What started as a Sunday family activity because Theresa's passion. "The pool is somewhere you find you're really free. There are no physical boundaries," she shares.
